Pete "Biggie" Johnston

I am sure by now most of you have heard that Pete "Biggie" Johnston and his fiance Lyndsay were hit by a 19-year-old drunk driver 2 weekends ago and both started out in ICU. Lyndsay sustained a shattered hip that was rebuilt days later and had general bodily trauma. She has since been discharged from RI Hospital and transfered to Vanderbilt Rehabilitation Center in Newport, RI.

Biggie, wasnt so lucky. He spent the first six days in ICU in critical condition (We'll spare you the details). He suffered a hip injury and head trauma and most of his internal organs took a beating. He was moved out of ICU into a normal recovery wing last Monday, April 6th. He will be transfered out of Rhode Island Hospital next week and is headed to Vanderbilt Rehabilitation Center in Newport. Luckily for his parents, Vandy is a block from their hood. Biggie has made what the neurologist called a rapid recovery and estimated he is about 3 weeks ahead of where the recovery process would be.

Please help us in supporting Biggie and his family - we've got some AWESOME shirts for sale here:

Thanks!
