Newport County Youth Rugby

Newport County YRFC is participating in USA Rugby’s Rookie Rugby Program and as such will be following the national guidelines and code of ethics for youth rugby. This is a No Contact Program meaning that there will be no tackling, scrums, rucks or mauls. Players will use flag belts (just like flag football) to allow them to learn the basics of the game without contact.
