Newport Rugby has a shot at redemption. A chance to set things right and advance to the National Championship. After a tough loss against South Shore in the NERFU playoffs, Newport Rugby has been dealt a hand that must be played. South Shore were sadly disqualified from the running due to ineligible players but their misfortune has been a stroke of luck and a chance at greatness for Newport Rugby.
The team will depart from our city by the sea to New Jersey early Saturday morning to take on Empire Champions, Buffalo Rugby. The team will travel by coach and aim to return to celebrate victory in Newport on Saturday night! As always we welcome your support with open arms and will be laying it on the line on the field this Saturday!
